Google Play Store
Any of our apps purchased through Google Play have a 48 hour window in which a refund can be processed directly from the Google Play store listing. After the 48 hour window has passed a refund request will need to be submitted directly to Spacelab Games. Refund requests submitted through us can take anywhere between to 1-10 business days to process.
Steam
If you’ve purchased our game through Steam, please click here to learn how you can submit a refund.
Console

Spacelab Games makes no guarantees that a refund will be issued through any third-party storefront on console or PC as it is not in our control to issue refunds on those platforms.
